LED lighting Settings

So I purchased a new AI Hydra 64 and its now up and running on my 93 cube. Ive been playing with the color on the light and trying to tweak it. What settings do you run yours at? Id be interested is seeing what color spectrums people are running or how they got to the settings they are at.

This is the setting I use. I got it from the files section of a Facebook group. I am thinking of changing to the AB+ it seems to be really popular.
