LED Question...

So a friend of mine wants to get an LED fixture for there 20 gallon. Any suggestions? they want to spend about 70 to 100 dollars. Thanks!

I got a marineland double bright for my junk tank ($80) and it grows macro and Xenia like crazy.I was pleasantly surprised.

At that price.. Just go with a T5 fixture.
