Lenses for LEDs

So I'm purchasing LEDs for my nano and I'd like to know which lenses are the ones with the least amount of spread, and which ones do you guys recommend for a 12 gallon jbj im hangning it about 12-14 inches from the surface or is that to high or should I go lower?
