Let's see your Sump room / Mixing station

With my family building a new house i am in charge of designing the basement and i want to put my 125g 6' FOWLR tank behind the bar ( in the wall)... Let's see all of your set-ups.. and if you can give me any pointers on how to design my "sump room"

Nice set-up Jeni, my tank will b same level So i wouldn't need the pump to push the water up stairs

my sump is in the basement, tank on first floor. The upper tank on the right is my ro water. The tank underneath is my premixed saltwater. Sump is front and center on the floor. It's all gravity fed, no extra pumps
