Can't buy them legally in Illinois. Wisconsin or Indiana or someone who doesn't want to use theirs anymore are your only options. Good luck with the last one though..

i'm going to go ahead and lock this one out of an abundance of caution. I'm sure we were discussing a forge or some other type of "working with fire", but who knows what the NSA is looking for these days and we don't want someone scary to mistake CR for a Marche Noir. (PSSST: PM him)
