Light fan replacement

Wondering if somebody could help me out. I am looking to replace both fans in my light fixture. One is really noisy at start-up as well as when the other fan turns off. One sucks air into the fixture while the other pushes air out.


I want to replace them both, but I want them quiet.

Having trouble finding one that fits. Here is my requirements/wishes.

-80mm 3.15" x 3.15" x 1"
-20 CFM Min.
-<28 db
-120v AC
-VARIABLE SPEED w/ sensor


Anybody have any idea where to find a fan that can fit these requirements?

A good place to check would be a computer store, that sells cpu parts, such as bestbuy or compusa...a computer fan should fit.

Yeah... been looking.

Checked Microcenter, Radioshack, and Bestbuy. None of them offer a fan that fits even half of my needs.
