lime-green stuff

hey guys,i spotted today this green-lime stuff on my sandbed.right now its only middle of tank,what is it?

i got some astrea snails(they mostly on rocks),blue hermits,nassarius snails and mexican.
i know i need more cuc so what you suggest Nino?

how many blue hermits do you have, those guys are small so u need a significant amount of them to maintain a reef
