I have a feeling the new guy won't be a very good swimmer. That's why they call them "ornamental" fish, not racing fish! She does look like a poodle, doesn't she? I think I'll call her, Fiona.

Well let's not jinx it! By making any predictions. Sometimes I forget my roots in FW. I miss having angels and feeding them guppy fry!

I really took a chance of having someone bid over the "Buy it now" price, which would make it more than what I could afford. I've been watching these GF auctions for a while now. The really good ones in the styles buyers/breeders are looking for are bought up in the 1st hour. Looks like the nice ranchus were bought up in the last few months & they were more interested in the orandas this auction.
