Mag 9.5 flow

I have a mag 9.5 on my return that is T'ed off to feed my BRS dual reactor. I have valves in every direction to adjust flow. However the pump seems to loose flow over time (couple days) I notice this because the GFO does not tumble the same after a couple days. The return side seems to be ok or at least I can't notice a huge difference in the amount of water draining from the overflow.

If I turn the pump off and plug it back in the the output is day and night in the reactor.

Has anyone else seen this happen?

Is the pump dying or could the reactor be getting clogged. This system has only been set up for about 4 weeks

Yeah, its the rector.. I had the same issue when I use to have one.. A mag5 wouldn't even tumble the GFO... Grrr!!

The thing with T'ing off is that you never know how much is flowing straight up to your return pipe, and how much is being T'd off. The water wants to flow in a straight line.
It could also be your reactor

Thanks Dre! It worked great for about 3 weeks and now I have to F with it every night. I will try some of the suggestion in your link.

I agree! I knew I was going to lose some volume due to the T, etc but I went with a bigger pump. This is on a 65gal. The 9.5 should have plenty of flow for the return and the reactor. If I open the return valve all the way my overflow can't handle the volume. It goes to a full siphon.

I use my 9.5 mag to run a return, phosban reactor, and a uv sterilizer

I have no problems
At all
I even have an extra pipe that just dumps water back into sump cause its to much flow
Maybe the pump is bad
If I close that dump pipe the overflow in the tank gets to much water and I get the toilet sound from it
