Melting Zoas

So I have 3 frags of different zoas in my tank that have been literally melting off the plugs they are on. They still open during the day but slowly are falling apart and cant figure it out for the life of me. Water parameters are as follow:

Cal - 390
Alk - 2.9
Mag- 1400
PH - 8.3
Phosph - .02
Nitrate/trite - both 0 and same with ammonia
SG - 1.026

Any Ideas what is going on. I know Cal and Alk are a little low but they are not aweful. Do coral have a "lifespan"? Everything else is doing good.

I use a refractometer that was just calibrated today, I'm stumped because they were growing very well then came to a complete stop

How would I know if there's stray voltage? Can I stick my probes of my multimeter in there to test? Lol

I've got a rapid led setup, though I just switched drivers to use with my new apex and haven't dialed them in yet. Perhaps they are getting too much light. Temp is always from 78-80
