Mountain biking

So a few of the guys at work got me in to mountain biking and man what a rush and a blast to just enjoy mother nature at its finest. I was wondering if any of you are in to ot and if you have any reviews on some of the local trails out hear in IL going to be getting a better bickering soon so I can handel more and not take any more abuse on my body.

Swallow Cliffs in Palos has some of the better if not best trails in IL. I used to race most of the Midwest and East Coast local and Norbas. I still have a bike but it hangs on the wall most of the time.

I have been out 3 times so far I was still palos, saw wee kee, and was at raceway woods yesterday man its a blast out at palos and raceway, looking for a new bike now. Going back to palos sunday morning with about 6 people.
