Will it be enough for 30 gallon reef tank

LED bulb: Blue - 3 pcs, White - 33 pcs
Input power: AC100-240V (Can use worldwide )
Output power: DC12V .....
If not how much of a lighting do i need in my tank. Tanzania for helpping me out guys. Newbie for this hobby ...
 
This will be barely adequate for a fish only tank, we have recently been discussing LED technology to death, there are plenty of other threads you can read thru on the site right now to give you a much more in-depth idea of what you should be looking for to use on your tank.
