Need ID help

[Milhouse]

So looking through my tank today after a water change and i notice something. In one of the holes on my liverock there is something white with black speckles.

I tried to get a picture of it but no luck so we are kinda going blind here. But it is about the size of a nickle and it kinda shys away when i shine my flashlight on it. It has an irregular shape to it too.

I thank you in advance for any input you may have.

Use a red light at night like a lazer pointer see if u can see it better .

So does it move around? or is it stuck there, but can move (like open or close)?

When i hit it with the flash lite it kinda cringes up like its running away but it doesn't change size. If that makes sense.

I hasn't moved yet.
