Need Metric PVC

I have a Reefflo Orca skimmer and I need to extend the return. However the PVC is 75 mm metric and cant find any. Need about 3 feet plus on 90 elbow

Anyone have any or know where to get it that wont take 30 to 45 days

i had a similar issue with my chiller. the inlet was leaking and it was also metic. I ended up heating some tubing with boiling water and pushing it over the pipe then cutting the pipe short and inserting a barb fitting to FPT fitting. Good luck.
 
I've got an reeflo orca skimmer. It came with a metric to imperial conversion sleeve. It may be eaiser and quicket to try and find one than waiting for piping.

You can see the gray sleeve connecting the skimmer to the white imperial pvc.
