Need suggestions/ found the split

OK I need some suggestions here. My Anemone split ummmm a few weeks ago (memory sucks) anyway. They both decided to go on the move and this is where they have decided to land. I have moved corals away from the one on the left (can't move red planet encrusted on rock) but the other (on the right) just showed up here today. I would like to remove one of them and re-home it, just not sure on how to do it. Suggestions?

is it got strong hold in the rock if it does gve it some time to get on the move again

They both moved under the rocks through a cave and up. The one on the left has been there for ~4 days now. I'll try a PH though this weekend. Possibly place a flat rock in front of it and hope it attaches for easy removal???

Usually if they are gonna move you can loosen the foot till it lets go with the ph
