Need T-5 parts Help

Hello, I am trying to get my tank moved and back online. I have a Current 48" t-5 fixture, problem is one of the legs is broken and also thinking of trying to hang it from the ceiling. I'm having a problem finding replacement parts or info on a ceiling mount kit. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Pete
