Nem's death wish

I have one nem that walks from time to time. It always goes near my PH and sits close. After a few days usually it goes back to where it started; near the other nems. As soon as I noticed it moving I put the screen on; it's made from window screen and it's much easier to clean than the sponges from Ecotech. I do have to rinse the screen daily but it does catch a lot of "floaties". lol

It has it's place and has gone back. It's just ironic that it walks to the one thing that will shred it. The other nems all stay put. lol

That's the main reason why I built a nem only tank now.

I designed it without power heads. The main water movement comes from an oversize return pump cranked up pretty good.

Now all I worry about is getting sucked thru the overflow.
