New lights

Have some old AI Hyrdas I'm putting over my tank and getting rid of the black box lights.
Any suggestions for settings on the lights not to shock my current coral?

Start at a low setting, about 20% of what you wanna run it as eventually. Then raise it 10% every 2 days.

Mostly LPS but looking to add SPS as well.
