Hi everyone!
My name is Josh, and moving forward I'm going to be monitoring this forum on the part of Premium Aquatics. In an effort to provide you with the best possible service through this forum, I am available for contact through my company email: forums@premiumaquatics.com

As an update: Premium is looking at doing some city-based deliveries in the future, and we're asking around now to find out what sort of interest there would be. Essentially, these events would work like a 'Reef Club Group Buy' or like picking up orders at a show or event. The only difference would be that there needn't be an event to justify the delivery, merely enough interested parties placing orders to make the trip worthwhile. This is a great chance to get live rock, salt, sand or other oversized items without paying the high shipping charge! If this is something that interests you, please contact me and let me know. The more interest we have, the more realistic it will be to get this program off the ground!

3/23/12 Premium Update: Ecotech Radions are back in stock! Aqua Illumination SOL Blue (in black finish) are now in! NEPTUNE APEX are due back next week as well.

Welcome to the site! With a strategy like this mass delivery pickup option, I see you guys making a killing in the area! Lots of us always needing stuff, but don't want to buy a bunch to get free shipping. This will make it a lot easier for people depending where the pickup locations are arranged to be. Thanks for thinking about your customers, it really makes the difference!!!

Will we be able to order live stock from Premium with these orders?

Did you really read all those books and do you really know everything?

I can't claim to know everything... Anyone in this hobby who tells you that they do is a huckster. I have read every book in my recommendations, most of them multiple times, and I've read the majority of the sources that those authors cite in their bibliographies. I worked in the library at my college, and had access to anything
I could think of.

For anyone looking: You can find a great list of the books I recommend the most in my advice forum on Premium's site.

As to your livestock question, I think that will depend on the circumstances of the delivery as well as the type of stock. For up here in IL, I see no problem getting most of the inverts, corals, live rock, etc. up without any threat of die-off, as long as the weather is reasonable.
