New "Thanks" "Like" feature

I think this system will work better then the reputation system we had. You can find these buttons under each post. You can check how many "Thanks" "Likes" you or anyone has in their profile. Its a pretty addicting feature so have fun all. Thank you
 
Hey Mike,
This is cool, but I don't think you can like or thank when someone quotes. I hope that makes sense, but it might be an issue because a lot of people quote questions when answering them.
 
This is a little late, but I was wondering if the "like and thank" buttons can be put somewhere else. The only reason i am saying this is because if there is more than one post there can be a little confusion whether to click the button above the post or the button under the post.
