New toy, ATI Coral+?

So I bought a new toy for my next tank.
I was thinking of my old setup:
Blue+
Actinic+
Purple+
Blue+

With two radium metal halides of course.

However now theres a new(ish) coral+ bulb that wasn't around before. Anyone give it a try?

Ill admit now, after using the coral+ for a while in my Tek setup, its not bad. It is a good replacement for a straight up cool white daytime bulb to pull some warmer (red/orange/green) colors out a bit more from your corals. Thumbs up from me.

I use 1 coral+, but I'm not 100% sold on it. I do use it for growth but on that geismann the mh's are way more then enough

You took my recommendation! :D Awesome fixture.

I would do 4x blue+ or change one out with an actinic. You don't need any additional white-ish T5 bulbs with the MH bulbs. The purple+ is a bright white/purple bulb. Use the T5 for color supplement and sunrise/set simulation, pluse the blue+ adds a nice amount of PAR.

Well, 10k-15k for sure. But in order to get the 20k I figured it drops red significantly. The purple+ was supposed to bounce that up a little.
That was my thinking at least. :p
