Exactly! There are several threads of freak outages leaving people and tanks getting cold. This isn't top quality, but it will get you out of a giant pickle for a small amount compared to our reefing investments. Hopefully you have a little outside storage closet (or bigger) to keep it.

I used my Gen twice over the years . Glad I had it . Nice to have to run freezer and house sump anyway.
