Orphek T5 LEDs have been around for awhile. You have to do some doctoring/rewiring of your T5 fixture to make them work as they don't work with ballasts.

Yeah old news and they suck. Not easy to find anymore because of it. You need to basically wire LED ballasts to the T5 end caps. I guess if you have an 8-12bulb T5 fixture it might be worth it, but at that point you can just stick some 3watters on a piece of C channel, add a meanwell, and call it a day for less $$$.

If they were plug and play it would be an amazing product.
