Ocellaris Clowns with Seahorses?

Thinking of taking down my 3 gallon tank with a pair of ocellaris clowns. I was hoping to put them in with my seahorses. I have read multiple articles, and it seems as if it's a toss up. Anyone have experience with clowns and seahorses together? Just wondering what everyone's opinion is. Thanks.

from what i've read, you want to have seahorses by themselves as they are so delicate and slow to compete for food.

Well, my horses aren't exactly by themselves. Tanksmates are a pearly jaw and a yellow watchman/pistol shrimp pair. I have done alot of research as well. There are good tankmates, but it is a toss up with ocellaris from what I have read.
