Old Clam

Went to the Shedd today and thought I'd share a pic I snapped of the giant clam they have. One of my favorite things there, anybody have further information on it? I tried doing a google search with not many results.

That clam, the eels and the sea Dragons as you go past the one world auditorium are my favorites. For those of you who enjoy the Jellies I received word that they will be distributed around the Shedd versus in one concentrated area.

I believe it is t. Gigas and it is really impressive.
