orange plate coral help

just got home to see the skin of my orange coral coral is getting peeled off

its all fine and healthy till day before yesterday and i changed the flow to low flow as i read that they dont like high flow...


im soo worried is there a reason this might be happening ??

why am i always not being able to keep my favorite corals

They die easily. They dont have alot of meat on em. Skin falling usually bad sign

Yeah, they tend to be finicky and die easily. Circle of life....it's the plate's time.

Dang man ... orange plate and a clam are my most fav and i happen to loose both ((

well came home to see that the tear has progressed even more ..

its gonna die if i leave it like that by the time i come back on monday

so checked online and fragged that into pieces and dipped in coral dip and placed at different locations in the tankk

wish me luck .. hope they all recover and do well ..

i think i found the culprit ..im putting all my bets on my cleaner shrimp.... not sue if they can harm corals but i think its responsible for tearing up the plate trying to steal food from it when ever i spot feed the plat


another nice update is the frags that i cut off 2 of them are recovering cool skin extending over the bare skeleton
