Does anyone use their service and what is the catch with them? They sent a letter in the mail stating that they could save me up to 18% on my bill. I get they still work with Comed somehow but still kind of confused. Would like to hear some reviews and opinions please. It kind of sounds "too good to be true" in a way but still not sure.
