I was finally able to rig up a Variable port cable to control my WP40 pumps using Apex VDM.
Things you need:
Apex & Jebao WP40/25
Ethernet cable (very cheap < $1, nothing fancy)
Wiring configuration for connecting Ethernet cable to VDM (Search for Apex VDM wiring)
2 X 1K Ohm 1 Watt resistors from Radio Shack ~$2
Things you will not need anymore:
Jeabo Controller
Idea is to reduce the 10V output from Apex VDM to 5V DC output & this is fed into the pump controller
Note: Switch the 500 Ohm in the circuit with 1K Ohm 1 Watt Resistor

Next you will need a program to switch the voltage from Apex & control the pumps.
Pros of this DIY:
You will have more control on various modes for your Jeabo pumps similar to Vortech & Tunze
you can Sync / Anti Sync the pumps
You can lower the intensity of the pumps (For users who feel the sand is blown all over)
Cons:
Did I mention this is DIY????????
Cost for the whole setup < $3 & a whole lot of Fun.
