Par 38 LED suggestions

I am looking at getting back into the hobby after my 72g was broken down. Problem is I can't have a big tank because I will be moving to Texas next year so I decided to set up a 5g display tank (Fluval V) with a 10g sump. I have much experience with SPS under halides but I am completely clueless when it comes to LED's. I have been looking around and came across the PAR 38 bulb and I believe 2 of these mixed with correct water parameters should do just fine for SPS but where exactly can I buy a name brand PAR 38 bulb and does it require a special fixture? Any info will be much appreciated, along with any recommendations for a LED fixture to light my tank under $250

+1 Coral Compulsion. You don't need a special fixture either. I used hanging light cords from IKEA ($6). You can also get a gooseneck bulb holder.

Thanks for the info. Not using the fixtures they have advertised for the bulb will save me over $100.
