Par value for T5

So I am trying to get approximation of PAR for my Current Pro 36" T5 and found this

Looks like 40B 16" plus light is 2" ... so mid tank I am getting ~ 100 + PAR per bulb. Can I make that jump in assumptions?

Actinic =0 Right?
Daylight = 100+
Fiji Purple = < 100 ?​

How can I get decent estimate? Anyone have a real PAR meter? I am not ready to spend $300-$400 and that is lowest price I have seen.

How can I figure this out?

General rule of thumb, if you want the highest/most efficient PAR in T5, go with an ATI fixture and ATI bulbs.

I am guessing the PAR readings are at the light not 12" on the second thread
