Photon v2 vs. Kessil AP700

Have anybody experimented that new photon v2..am looking for opinions and other than the price if is a big diffefence between these two lights..feel free to comment anything you know ..thanks
 
My AP700 will be up and running in 3 weeks so I don't really have first hand knowledge other than having one and knowing nothing can top Kessil in the shimmer department. I owned a v1 Reefbreeders Photon 48 and it will grow anything you put under them. People swear by them, if I was in the market again for one I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger. V2 is updated everything, so you can't go wrong with that.

How come the old one is compared to two 250mh.while the new one is compared to one 250mh.?
