pic problems from phone

So when I Hit up load from computer on my phone I select from my gallery but it never uploads the pic, help plz. (It is the little button with the tree on it
 
Are you using the web on your phone to do it?

If you have a smart phone (Android or IPhone) download "Tapatalk". It is a forum reader app. I think it is currently free too. You can log into your CR account from there and upload as an attachment and stuff.

Thanks ill check it again I looked but it was not free so I was just using the web on my phone.
 
Well I couldn't get it to work I had to pay my 3 dollars for talkatap
