Planning a new rimless build

I'm looking ahead and planning to tackle another DIY rimless tank build.

Dimensions will be 36x30x16, using 3/8 all around and a starphire front panel.

I love the look of AIO's, so I'm going to add a false acrylic rear wall, so I can incorporate overflow teeth across the center 2/3's of the tank and install closed loop returns. Behind the wall will be my drains, return and closed loop system that will exit through the bottom of the tank. This way, I don't have any visible overflow boxes and I can place the tank very close to the wall.

The closed loop will be powered by DC pumps on a controller, so they can be ramped up and down.

Skimmer will be an RLSS R6-i 6.

Lighting will be an ATI 24" 8 bulb Sunpower dimmable T5 fixture. 8 Tube Units are configured like this; Circuit 1, Tubes 1 &2 & 4 & 5 & 7 & 8. Circuit 2, Tubes 3 & 6. Since 3 & 6 are on their own ballast, I can replace them with single row heatsinks from Rapidled.com, and make it a Hybrid fixture.

That's about all for now. I will be building this system over the next 3-4 months.
