Plumbing; cement or no?

Should I use pvc cement or just fit my overflow and return pvc very snug.

Definitely cement. You will be leaking from every orifice if you don't.

I agree, I would use the cement to be safe.

I would use Cement as well. I cemented most of my plumbing, the one connection I didn't cement is dripping little drops even when snug, so I'm going to cement that soon.
