They probably set up an out of state address to get around Illinois law that require merchant based in Illinois to charge tax on online purchase. They are loosing a lot of business to PA where I order my stuff. No tax and shipped next day always.

That's what i do too. Legally though, you are supposed to claim everything you buy that didn't have sales tax... You get charged use tax. But nobody does it, yours truly included
