I shut my skimmer off to empty it out and I would not turn back on. I took it apart to find this crack in the shaft. should I 1 replace pump with different pump if so what pump, 2 fix broken part, 3 I have spare psk 2500 will that work knowing the skimmer came with a 1000 pump. thanks andy
 
Id try the extra pump and go from there maybe work maybe it wont i always agrade my pumps on my skimmers but i run dif skimmer and nit sure how yours is
