Pump size help

Hello, i have a 125g dual overflow tank that will be a fowlr, and also a 90 reef single overflow.. What return pump would everyone recommend i use?

The pump you get would depend on the the flow you want thru your system. Ideally you would get a slightly bigger pump than you need and dial it back with a ball/gate valve. This head loss calculator is a little dated but it can help you figure out what you need:

First question, internal or external pump? Are both tanks being plumbed into the same sump? Are you planning on using the same pump to feed a skimmer or reactors? Combine those with the overturn question from trackfast, then you'll be getting closure to a list of possible pumps.

Internal pump, skimmer has its own pump, seperate tanks, each on different systems,
