Hi. My Super Reef Octopus Skimmer Pump went dead today. I cleand it, plug it back and still nothing, no sound. Seams like motor is dead now. It's not new maybe 6 years-old but still I think it should last longer. I looked online, it is,around 160$ at least for a pump. So I'm looking for replacement pump. Maybe other,xheaper brand would you guys recommend or should I go with same one since some fittings might not work. The Skimmer is also overkill for my 40 breeder I got now aftet downgrade from 150. Maybe would be smarter to just buy smaller, new Skimmer instead new pump....,What would you guys suggest? Thanks
