Well all thd LR and most of the sand was from my 55. So that was up and running for years before the BC. Im not sure exactly what watts rapids leds are but i have a 30 led full spectrum retrofit from rapidled.

Those lights should be plenty. Just test your parameters, specifically ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and phosphate. As long as your tests come out good, and your cycle is complete, you should be fine.

I kept one in my bc29 till it started going after my coral, and not staying in one spot. I'd that won't bother you, you'll be fine and dandy

So the nem is your fish trap? ;) In all seriousness a nem will do fine in your tank, but it will take over. Nems get big and there won't be much room to put frags outside its reach.

I gave a friend of mine an rbta for his 14bc and it is killing several of his corals. If your you're willing to sacrifice a few, by all means. For me they are the biggest mistake i ever made, they are like a parasite weed in my tank. I'd give them all away if i could!!

Ya i would think that having a big enough tank to suffice their habits would be key. I dont think i have enough for him to wander.

the thing with Anemones are u have to be very stratigic in placing them. . You have to have the right amount of flow, good tank parameters and sufficient light for them.. I have kept anemones with corals in a 4, 8, 14, 29, and 40 gallon tank.. Its all about placement and u also have to anticipate what it will do if it doesnt like the area and space your corals out accordingly

Just to echo what Jeff said, nems can be fine in that sized tank, as long as you don't mind it being king of the tank. They can move, likely will a bit, and as others have said, can grow to be quite large.... If none of that sounds like the direction you want to take your tank in (which is what your previous post seems to indicate), then stay away from one for now.

A nice alternative would be a rock anemone :) they don't move much once they settle, and look amazing in the right lighting. Or get a tiny torch coral.... Although they also have sometimes rather long sweepers, so just beware of placement. At least a torch won't move though!

FWIW, i had a BTA in my NC28 for over a year and it never walked until it split for the second time. The clone just went up the glass and waited for me to re-tank.
