red sea regal angel

My advice would have been to introduce it before other angels since Regals tend to be more passive and shy. Sounds like it's a bit late for that.
Is it eating already?

I made the guy show me that it was eating pellets before I bought mine.

In your pic, does your regal actually have blue stripes or is that caused by your tank lighting? Mine has chrome stripes where your's looks blue.

I think its the camera

I tried one from happy coral and it never ate, quickly withered away.

Mine came from Diver's Den...eating on day 2, mysis, nori and flake so far. He's very interested in pellets but still spitting them out...hopefully soon.

Does happy coral guarantee their fishes for a few days like liveaquaria? It would suck to buy such an expensive fish and have it die after a few days from not eating.

15 days. My regal from MCF still isn't eating like crazy, but it has started making runs for the Nori clip, and loves all the sponge on my live rock. Still as fat as the day I got it. No guarantee though, but it's after 15 days anyway.

Sorry to here that I watched my first one barley pick at food and wither away for a month. Have you tried live foods Brine and Black worms? good luck

I've had mine for over 5 years. She's in a 140 gallon FOWLR with a Henoichus Bfly and a single Green Chromis right now. I'm looking for some new tankmates for her, but she is very shy and passive so I've got to be very considerate.

Its just getting them to eat prepared food in a tank, after that its smooth sailing. I bought mine out of a 180gal and he had it for a year or two I have had it for three months.

My Desjardini Sailfin was in the guys tank for five years when I bought it and I have had it for three years. Fish live along time if nothing goes wrong.

How big is yours?
