Today, I thought I would post about Flame Angelfish. Particularly, how there are many different patterns they come in. We are lucky enough to order these angelfish by the variety we choose.
The most common flame angel is the common Christmas Island Flame angelfish. We sell Mediums for $49 and Large-XL for $59.
A variant of these Christmas Island Flame Angelfish are the "tiger striped" or "v striped" flames. This pattern adds $10 to the cost.
Another variety is the "block" pattern where the fish has really thick stripes. These are also $10 more.
The True Hawaiian Flame Angelfish boast a brighter red coloration with little to no orange. They typically cost $79.
We also receive more aberrant varieties of flame angelfish. These fish may be missing stripes or lacking some of their black pigment. These varieties typically sell for $99.
