Return Pump + Overflow Box

Hello all,

I have an Eshopps PF 800 overflow box and i was just wondering what return pump would work well with my overflow box. Any thoughts and opinions are very appreciated, thanks!

It depends on how high your tank is from your sump; the amount of 90 degree elbows; what's the diameter of your PVC or tubing; etc. More info is needed.

The PVC will be 1in diameter, the tank is just about 3ft from the sump, and there are going to be 3 90 degree elbows.
