Rock question

Hey guys at this time I am thinking about breaking down my 300 gallon tank due to lack of time and travel plans coming in the near future. I plan on setting it up again when time allows. With that being said I have really nice large pieces of live rock that I would like to keep for future use.

How would I go about drying the rock out. Should I just remove it from the tank and allow to dry or should I acid bath or bleach (not sure what normal practice is) it before drying it?

I bleach mine then just let it dry

I put mine outside and turn and let the sun dry it

I bleached mine then baking soda then fresh water then let Sun dry it.
