RODI Storage Issue

I have this posted under my "Members Tanks" thread but wanted to put it here for more exposure.

So I was reading about someone who happened to test his rodi storage container and the tds was NOT zero. So I'm thought hmmmm...mine came up in the 50's. Coming out of my unit it is zero and I filled a Hinckley bottle I use for an ATO and it read zero. Brought the gray Rubbermaid upstairs and gave it a vinegar scrub down. Rinsed it and started filling it and it is still reading 10. Any thoughts? I assumed the reading would/should be zero. The container has NEVER been used for anything other than RODI storage. I would say it holds about 15 gallons and I might use 10 gallons a week. I do have a fairly good sized koralia that I keep in there to keep the water moving.
