RODI waste water/ clean water issues. NEED U RODI MASTERS!

I recently changed my Membrane on my RO unit from a 150gpd to a 100gpd. I changed out the Flow restrictor like your suppose to.

Now my issue is before it would take 1.5hours for 5g of water. Now i'm at 3.0 for 4.5g

I use my waste water to fill my laundry machine. On average a top load washer is 30-50gallons. Yesterday i went downstairs and i had made 2.5g of water and my washer was almost 3/4 full.

I'm trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Why am i getting so much waste water (that i never got before) and why is it so slow. If u do the math

I'm getting 1.6gph and for 1 days that would be 38.4G. Thats now where near 100gpd (which i understand thats in a perfect situation)

My incoming TDS is 180. TDS coming out of my membrane is 0, and obviously TDS coming out of my DI is 0.

Incoming pressure is 65psi.

What could be the issue? I do not know pressure going into the membrane but the filters were replaced 4 months ago. I've mad a ton of water though so maybe they are restrictive?

Thanks!

It's the brs flow restructure. Says 800 on it.

Yeah i have a flush kit. Installed it when i changed the membrane.

I got nothing then lol. On a buddy's with a capillary flow restrictor it seated too deeply in the wye and was closed. Maybe a bad membrane? Try the old one again and see if it does the same flow as it did before.

A little off the main thread but do you just run the wastewater tube right into the tank of the washer? I'm assuming the washer has a float switch in it?
Thanks

Yeah just put the hose in and.close the lid. No no fLoat switch.

Also found out that the restrictors are crap. Learned to just put a valve in the waste Line until u get 4:1 ratio
