Safe way to clean up after flooding to stop mold without killing everything

A lot of people beside me have to be wondering with the recent rains and flooding. What do you use to clean up after water to prevent mold but not kill your tank when it is in that room? I have heard using Lysol, Pinesol, bleach and so on can kill your tank just from the fumes. What is safe and effective??

Bleach and vinegar are both ultimately reef safe if handled correctly but bleach can become an irritant when dry. In dealing with the home I just purchased our mold remediation company suggested dawn dish detergent as one of the best alternative. All three can damage a reef but I'd leave the -sols out of the fight if it were me.
