Seems too good to be true but it monitors 8 different water parameters, can do PAR, LUX and Kelvin measurements, and also stores your results online and viewable through the companies website.

One of the drawbacks to the unit is that you have to plug it into a usb port for it to upload parameters as far as I know. Not many people have a PC right next to their aquariums but I think a wireless usb hub would do the trick.

All for under $200 bucks!

I don't know about this but it seems interesting. The few reviews I've been able to find are all good so far. It seems to be more of a warning device, rather than a consistent measurement tool. You set parameters in the software and it will send you an alert to either your phone, email, or both.

I'd be interested to see more reviews on it but haven't had too much time to search.

Personally, if the PAR meter works anywhere within +or- 25-50 PAR I think it would be worth it, and the other cool things it does are just bonuses.

Does anyone own one, or know anyone that does?

What does everyone think about this neat little gadget?

I looked into it about a year ago. You will need to buy a chip I believe every month to do most of measurements and PAR. It was like $10 or so every month, otherwise it will not work. There was an extensive article about it in Practical Fishkeeping Magazine. Here are few links:
