So, I had to move my my tank. Everything went well. I replaced all of my water with Tropic Marin Bio Marin. Everything is still looking good (levels) but my skimmer won't stop overflowing. It's been 2 1/2 weeks. I understand the properties of this new salt. I've never had my skimmer OF this long. I did happen to clean my skimmer. I know have a few things happening here at once. I'm just wondering if its going to stop even with a water change. ?

I don't suppose you've tried re-tuning it? Double check that its in the right level of water? Stupid questions to ask, but easy to pass over at times too.

Yes. It's setup the right way. I've had overflow issues before. They just never seem to last more than a week and I know mostly what they're from.. I just changed out 100% of the water. While, it's certainly possible there was something introduced into the system that is causing the overflow - other than the water itself or the cleaning of the skimmer - it does seem unlikely. I guess just don't know and will proceed with another water change 20-30%. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. One where a full water change and skimmer cleaning produced a similar result. Thanks.

Hmm, can't say I have. The only time my skimmer went nuts was when I used epoxy. I had to run a fresh batch of carbon and do multiple water changes until it stopped. Would be curious to hear if you figure it out though, good luck!
