Smallest Powerhead

Anyone know what the smallest power head out there is? I have Nano Korilia but it is too big for what I need. I have a nuvo 16 with a RW4 jebao, but even though it's powerful I still have a dead spot behind the rock walk. Pretty sure that the food is going back there and since there is no flow I want to create so so that I don't have a algae breakout. Any thoughts would be great.
