Snorkeling in Marsa Alam Egypt

You went to Egypt??? Hubby & I have been wanting to go on a dive trip there but we didn't feel it was very safe for Americans. i went about 10 years ago with Bob Fenner & the WetWebMedia cCrew.
 
Egypt should be fine :) Well, barring the latest round of protests, but having lived in the Middle East for a couple of years, Egypt was certainly not one of the countries I would be worried about! Sharm el sheikh is meant to be gorgeous :) (but no idea about dive options - I wasn't looking into that when I lived in Dubai).

I'll stay away for a while! I'm about as American looking as it gets lol!
 
Very beautiful! Many fish/corals endemic to that area. Lemme see is I can find some pics. That's when I was shooting slides, so not many of them are digital.

Wow!! That is gorgeous, those are some great pictures! Looks like it must have been an amazing trip - makes me want to get certified all the more now...
